Born on June 6th, 1944, D-Day, on a sunny Tuesday 6am morning. Exactly the identical time as Allied
troops were storming Normandy. With the Germans already flying superior jet fighters, Werner von Braun
finishing up ballistic missiles with New York City range and Kraut scientists almost finalizing the A-Bomb,
only the Eisenhower top staff realized if this assault on Fortress Europe failed, we would be speaking die
Deutsche.
After the Armistice, the McDermott clan of 5 moved to Southampton, L.I., N.Y., mother’s family home.
There George lived until 1962, graduating with honors and as football captain of Southampton High, he then
packed off to New York City and Pace University.
Holder of 3 scholarships paying tuition, George earned living money working as a pageboy on the floor
of the New York Stock Exchange. There he built a nest egg funded by his Grandfather Scott so later he
could travel the world. Also, at this time he worked PT as American secretary for Chubu Nippon Hozo,
large Japanese TV network. After Pace graduation at the Lincoln Center, and party at Tavern on the Green,
George proceeded to NYU Graduate School for International Studies.
While in grad school, He worked PT as a New York City taxi driver for 2 years. Itching to travel, with
Japanese help he got a graduate fellowship at Keio University, a Japanese Ivy League where he studied
medical research. He wrote 2 published medical research papers on the development of the electronic scalpel
and the affects of alcohol progression in the human brain.
During the 4 months traveling to Japan, George got the opportunity to visit many exotic places. While
staying in California, he got to go to Tijuana, Mexico. Then on to Hawaii for 2 weeks and down to Tahiti,
Bora Bora, Samoa, New Caledonia and finally Australia for a month. After spending 2.5 yrs in Japan, he
joined the Merchant Marines as an able body seaman and went to Viet Nam on an ammunition ship. Finally
arrived back in Oakland, CA, jumped ship and flew to Florida where he lived with my police detective
brother.
George then joined family printing business, got married and raised 3 children in Pompano Beach, where
they almost elected him mayor, but instead as a consolation prize he became a municipal court judge for 2 yrs.
Also, he published the national magazine for Belize, Central America, and got to go there monthly. After 20
yrs. we sold the print shop and he went back to school and received his doctorate degree in medical research.
Part of his internship, he preformed forensic autopsies for the Miami Police and helped solve crimes. Also, he
got to go to Jamaica 3 times and worked as diabetes physician on a grant program. Later, working for Life
Extension, he worked in Cancun, Mexico setting up their health program.
George then established Academy4Health with 3 medical doctors in a 3,000 sq. ft. clinic in Boynton Beach
Mall. But a hurricane ripped roof off and unfortunately the main doctor drowned in the sea. He then got a
patent on Nano Colloidal Silver and with a few other products set up a successful mail order business.
In April 2018, George was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He treated himself with Asea’s Redox
Signaling Molecules, a primary human cell made in your cellular mitochodria, which acts like a stem cell
targeting genetically caused cancer. After 6 months, the cancer went into remission. He is now on a crusade
to help as many as he can overcome chronic diseases, which he is very successful.
Now 76, George is looking forward to a continued exciting life at least until 100+.
